This is a simple and easy step-by-step Recipe for making at home spicy Shev-Tomato Bhaji. This is a spicy variation of the Shev Bhaji using spicy Ratlami Sev and Tomato as the main flavoring ingredients.
This Sev-Tamatar Subzi is great addition to the main course meals and goes nicely with Parathas, Chapattis, Puris and also rice.

Serves: 2 Persons
Ingredients:
¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds Powder[Dhaniya Powder]
I Teaspoon Garam Masala
2 Green Chills
Salt as per taste
Coriander Leaves for Garnishing the Sev Bhaji
1 Cup Ratlami Sev
2 large Onions
1 large Tomato
1 Tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 Tea Spoon Red Chili Powder
Preparation:
Finely chop the Onion, Tomato and the Coriander leaves.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai and add the chopped Onion, Tomato and the Garlic-Ginger Paste and stir it nicely.
Then add the Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Seeds Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and mix thoroughly.
Then add half a cup of water and cook on a low flame until the Masala appears to be cooked.
After the Masala is cooked add a cup of water and let it boil.
After the water boils, add the Sev and remove from the flame and cover the Kadai with a lid.
Garnish with the chopped Coriander leaves and serve the Shev Bhaji hot with Chapati.
