This is a step-by-step Recipe for making at home tasty and delicious Chicken Rice Noodle Biryani. This is a unique Chicken Biryani recipe prepared in the traditional Indian Style of Cooking, using Noodles along with Rice to give a unique flavor to the usual Chicken Biryani.

Serves: 4 Persons
Ingredients
For the Chicken Marination
8-10 Chicken Pieces
1 Cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1” Ginger piece
15-20 Garlic Petals
3 Green Chilies
2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
½ Cup Curd
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon Tandoori Chicken Masala
Salt as per taste
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Big size Onion (finely chopped)
1 Medium size Tomato
For the Rice
2 Cups Basmati Rice
1 Medium size Onion (finely chopped)
1 Small Capsicum (cut into medium sizes)
5-6 French Beans
1 Small size Carrot
Salt as per taste
1 Tablespoon Oil
4-5 Black Pepper
½ Teaspoon Caraway Seeds
2 Bay Leaves
½”Cinnamon piece
For the Noodles
1 Packet of Noodles (150 gram)
1 Teaspoon Oil
Salt as per taste
For the Garnishing
1 Medium size Onion (rings)
Fried Cashew nuts
Preparation
Grind the Coriander Leaves, Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilies. Finely chopped the Onion, Tomato. Cut the Vegetables. Wash the Rice and keep it aside.
For the Chicken Marination
Clean and wash the Chicken pieces and apply the grounded green paste, add the Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Tandoori Masala, Turmeric Powder, Tomato, Curd, Salt, mix it well and keep it aside for 2 hours.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai and add the finely chop Onion, saute for 2-3 minutes on a slow flame, then add the marinated Chicken, mix it well and cover the Kadai with a lid and cook until the Chicken is slightly dry. Then remove the Chicken from the Kadai.
Heat the 2-3 Cups Water in a Kadai and then add the half packet of Noodles and boil for 2 minutes then add the Chicken, mix it well and cook for 5 minutes on a slow flame. (Chicken Masala should be slightly Watery.
For the Rice
In a big size Vessel heat 4 cups Water and add the Salt and Rice and cook on a slow flame. Then keep it aside for cooling.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai and add the Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, Onion and fry for two minutes then add the chopped Vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes. And add the Rice, mix it well and fry for 5 minutes on a slow flame.
For the Noodles
Boil 3-4 cups Water in a Vessel and add the remaining half of the Noodle packet, Salt, Oil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the Vessel from the flame and remove the excess Water from the Noodles and keep it in a strainer for cooling.
For the Serving
While serving in a plate first put the cooked Rice, add the Chicken on top and then put another layer of Rice on top of the Chicken and then add the cooked Noodles on the sides on the Rice in a circular manner. Finally garnish with Onion rings and fried Cashew nuts.
Serve hot with Curd.
