This is a Recipe for making at home crispy and delicious Spring Dosa. This is a simple recipe in which a freshly prepared stuffing of assorted vegetables in used. The Spring Roll Dosa make a filling breakfast dish, which can also be served during the main course meals.

Preparation Time: 40 Minutes
Serves: 4 Spring Dosa
Ingredients
For the Dosa
3 Cups Dosa Batter
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying the Dosa
For the Filling
2 Onion (spring onion)
2 Cups Cabbage (finely chopped)
2 Medium size Capsicum (finely chopped)
2 Medium size Carrot (finely chopped)
½ Cup Spring Onion
2 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
Salt as per taste
1 Tablespoon Oil
Preparation
For the Filling: Finely chop the Onion, Capsicum, Carrot, Cabbage.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai and then add the Onion, saute for a minute.
Then add the remaining Vegetables and saute for 2-3 minutes on a large flame and then add the Salt and Soya mix it well and keep it aside.
Heat a non stick frying pan and apply a teaspoon Oil over the pan and pour about ¾ cup Dosa batter over the frying pan and spread it evenly and then spread ¼ portion of the filling over the Dosa and fold the Dosa.
Serve hot Spring Dosa with Tomato Sauce.
