This is a Recipe for making at home a special and rare kind of Chaat, using Schezwan Sauce along with Chaklis as the main ingredients. The Schezwan-Chakli Sauce can be be served as a stand-alone snack or even as a side dish during the main course.

Preparation Time: 25 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
Ingredients
8 Chakli
1 Medium size Onion
1 Cup Cabbage
1 Cup Carrot
1 Cup French Beans
1 Medium size Capsicum
2 Tablespoon Schezwan Sauce
Salt as per taste
1 Tablespoon Oil
Preparation
Finely chop the Onion.
Wash the Cabbage, Carrot, French Beans, Capsicum and finely chop them.
Break the Chakli into 2” pieces.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai and add the Onion, Cabbage, Carrot, French Beans, Capsicum and saute for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame.
After frying the vegetables add the Salt as per taste, Schezwan Sauce and saute for a minute.
Then add the broken Chakli pieces and mix it well.
Serve hot as a side dish.
