This is a Recipe for preparing at home Chicken or Mutton Soup Pulao. This is a special kind of Non-Vegetarian Pulao, which makes the use of Chicken or Mutton Soup without the addition of Chicken or Mutton Pieces to make this Pulao.
The Chicken-Mutton Soup Pulao has a rich, filling and spicy flavor and is a great main course rice dish.

Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
Ingredients
250 Gram Chicken or Mutton pieces
1” Ginger Piece (mashed)
2 Big size Onion (chopped)
18 Black Pepper Corn
1” Cinnamon Piece
2 Cloves
4 Green Cardamom (crushed)
½ Cup Ghee
2 Big size Onion (finely cut)
15 Almonds
¼ Cup Kismis
1 Lemon Juice
3 Cups Basmati Rice
2 Eggs (boiled)
Salt as per taste
Preparation
Heat the Ghee in a Kadai and deep-fry the Onion until it becomes crispy, deep-fry the Almonds and Kismis and Boil the Eggs.
Wash the Rice and keep it aside.
In a big size Vessel add 1 ½ Liter Water, Chicken or Mutton, Mashed Ginger, Onion, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Green Cardamom and Salt as per taste and mix it well and keep the Vessel on a slow flame, keep stirring and boil it until the half of the Water.
Then pour the mixture over the strainer and keep the Soup aside.
In another Vessel pour the Soup, Rice and Salt and cook the Rice until done.
While serving the Pulao add the Lemon Juice and garnish it with fried Onion, Almonds, Kismis and boiled Eggs pieces.
