This is a Recipe for making at home sweet and tasty Mithai Shop Style Chocolate Malpua. This variant of the Malpua, which is prepared using dark chocolate compound has a delicious dark chocolate flavor and is popular with kids as well as adults.

Serves: 4 Persons
Ingredients
For the Rabdi
1 Liter Milk
½ Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
For the Malpua
½ Cup Dark Chocolate Compound
¾ Cup Refined Flour (Maida)
2 Tablespoon Sugar
¼ Cup Milk
Cashew Nuts, Raisins and Pistachios for garnishing
Ghee for frying the Malpua
Preparation
For the Rabdi: Boil the Milk in a heavy bottomed pan on a slow flame until it become thick. Then add the Sugar and the Cardamom Powder , mix it well and boil for 2-3 minutes. Keep it aside for cooling.
For the Malpua: Dissolve the Dark Chocolate compound in a double boiling system. Keep it aside and then add the Sugar, Refined Flour, Milk and mix it well.
Heat the Ghee in a flat pan and put a spoonful a batter to prepare a round shape Malpuas. Turn the Malpuas and fry for 2 minutes on a slow flame.
Serve hot the Malpuas and garnish with Chilled Rabdi and dry fruits slices.
